1. Landing on Airbuy

On the Landing page, follow the hand symbol and click on the link to Sign Up as a Seller also known as a Merchant.

2. Business Page

Click on SIGN UP or REGISTER MY ONLINE STORE to create your account.

3. Signing up

SIGN UP USING YOUR NUMBER.

4. Enter your number

Fill in your cell number.

5. One Time Pin

An OTP will be sent to you to confirm whether your cell number is yours.

6. Verifying your OTP

Your number will be verified before you can continue.

7. Business Name

Your business name wont be editable once set. You'll have to make sure it is filled in correctly.

8. 4 Digit Pin

Create a 4 digit pin which will be required for logging in.

9. Successful Sign Up

After successfully signing up, you'll be redirected to your business profile page.

10. Business Details

Submit more of your business details which will be needed to verify your merchant account.

Your business details will be stored safely.

12. Uploading your Logo

If you have a logo to upload, click on UPDATE YOUR STORE LOGO HERE. If you do not have a logo, click on DASHBOARD.

13. Browse for Logo

Click on the Browse button to search for your logo .

14. Select your Logo

After finding your store logo, select and open the image file.

15. Cropping the Logo

Before going on, the logo will have to be cropped into a square image.

16. Activate your Account

Click on the link sent to the email address you entered in your business profile to activate your account. You will get access to your API key and you will be able to sell online.

17. Green Tick

After clicking on the link sent to your email, your account will now be active. You'll have access to your API key and you'll be able to sell your products online.

18. API Key

Tap on ACCESS YOUR KEY to have access to your API key.

Note: You can stop here if you already have an e-commerce website and wont be selling items on Social Media e.g. Facebook Market Place. Click here to continue.

19. Add Products To Sell

To create product checkout link's, select the Add products here to sell button.

Note: If wont be selling items on Social Media e.g. Facebook Market Place, stop at number 18 above or click here.

20. Add new product

To add your first product tap on the + button.

21. Selecting your package

Before you can add a product, you'll need to select a package to work with.

Please wait while Airbuy saves your package details. To change your package details, click on the menu button on the top right of your screen and to go back to your dashboard, click on the dashboard button on the top left of your screen.

25. Now, to Add New Products

To add products tap on the + button.

26. Product details

Enter product details which you can edit again.

27. Relates to the package you chose

The form relates to the package you chose for the type of items you are selling.

28. Add product image

Hover over the product and click on the image icon to add a product image.

29. Portrait product image

First add a portrait image of your product by clicking on the first Browse button.

30. Landscape product image

Then scroll down to add a landscape image of your product by clicking on the second Browse button.

31. Cropping

Your images will be have to be cropped.

32. Going back

Scroll all the way up to go back.

33. Copy product url

Click on the copy icon on top of the product.

You can now paste and send this link to people on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, via Email or even SMS.

34. Sign into Facebook

If you have not created a page already on Facebook, go to the top panel and click on Create then click on Page.

35. Create a Page

Go ahead and Get Started.

36. Business or Brand

Fill in your business details.

To your left, click on See more to have access to more options.

Select the Shop option.

39. Setting up your Shop

Follow the prompts for setting up your shop.

40. SELECT CHECKOUT METHOD

Please select Checkout on another website.

If you did not select Checkout on another website, you will have to delete the shop on Facebookand start from number 37 above.

41. Add product

You can nowadd products.

42. Checkout URL

Before saving the product details, paste in the product url you copied from number 33 above in the Checkout URL field.

Note: If you do not see the Checkout URL field, that means you have to delete your shop and start from number 37 above. Please make sure to do number 40 to have access to the Checkout URL field.

43. Nice work

You have successfully added your first product on Facebook and are ready to receive payments using Airbuy.

44. Tell people about your Facebook Shop

Your clients can now go shopping on your Facebook Shop by finding your shop on Facebook. If they cannot find your shop, you might have to copy the Facebook Shop url link and send it to your clients.

45. Checking out from Facebook

Now your customers can Check Out on Website using Airbuy.

Note : If the Airbuy product link does not work, make sure you have activated your Business Profile by clicking on Profile on your Airbuy Dashboard and filling in the form. Then to complete the activation, click on the link sent to your email address.

46. Customers checking out

Your customer will be redirected to your product on Airbuy and they can Checkout and pay you without their bank details.

47. Completing the Payment

They will have to click on Buy to proceed.

48. Number Verification

We will verify their cell number as a security measure.

49. OTP Verification

A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to their phone to make sure the cell number is the customer's cell number.

50. Buy

One last measure of security is for the customer to enter their own 4 digit pin in order to complete the payment.

51. Processing transaction

We will check whether the customer has enough money to make the transaction.

52. Order Complete

If the customer has enough money, they will be notified.

53. Your Earnings

You will have to login in to your Airbuy Business Dashboard to keep track of your earnings. Learn more here
